Thanks for watching my video. Please read this and buy your favorite cycle. Rockrider ST10 cycle (Rs 9999) I have brought this for regular exercise. my height is 6feet and 78 KG. So, I brought L size. according to your weight M size cycles are fit with you. its very small cycle looks very lean. don't go with this. To lose weight you need to ride at least 25Km daily or 200Km weekly. practice daily 5km then increase regularly. I suggest you take gear cycle from decathlon. Rockrider ST 30 is good for regular cycling. Rockrider ST10 cycle is only meant for daily usage up to 10km. more than its not comfortable.
Respected sir congratulations on your purchase. what is your height, and which size you brought. Online it is showing size m for 5ft 4 till 5ft 8. And 5 ft 8 till 6 ft it suggests size L. My height is 5ft 8and half inches. So i am confused between size m and l.
