With both the people being from the government, they just agree with each other and no one questions all the wrong assumption. On the point of increase in salary for labour the moderator just repeated what they said and not correct them by telling them how it is a function of supply and demand. I guess she was there to just ask the questions and not question whatever they were saying. This would've been so much better if they got someone to question all the claims they were making.

It is quite frequently said in interviews and discussions that bringing in private players will bring more efficiency. So I just want to ask one question that people sitting in govt offices are not competent enough to run organizations and if the answer is no..then policy makers who are also the government employees who runs the govt should also be incompetent and which means that govt too is incompetent to run the government

Not necessarily because these planners tend to already have had experience in the private sector for decades before they go into government, so they’re not career-bureaucrats.

CEO, NITI did well on reform articulation and expects the skilled persons are not paying the deserving wages. CEA talks of traps, long term solutions and failed to convince on the job creation. Rise in aggregate demand is linked to the limited wealthy spending their purses. There is no wide dispersion of spending post pandemic. Most poor are well taken care of by the state governments and partly by the Union Govt. My calculation of the sops to the poor revealed the tax threshold exemption.

Extremely intelligent these two folks are India's economy on decline for four consecutive financial year now but and given the current state it seems it take another two years to reach the level of economy as it was at least a year and half back. But these guys keep lying and selling hollow dream and retaining their position and enjoying power. All jobs gon SMSE and all small business hunder hammer since 2016 and look at the intelligent guys how they enjoy power and live a king size life.

"given the current state it seems it take another two years to reach the level of economy as it was at least a year and half back." - Where are you getting your data from? There is a consensus that India will reach Mar FY 20 Number sometime this year and exceed it by atleast 4% by the end of the Financial Year. And i don't think they are lying or selling hollow dreams. It's just that you don't understand what they are saying.

Macaulay closed all traditional systems and taught Indians to be clerks and govt job seekers. Nehru and Congress continued it. Temples had the shaalas attached to them and education was free for all. Society paid for it through the temple. India was a sharing society before the invaders destroyed the temples, imposed high taxes and then the Colonisers completed the job which the Congress then perpetuated.

Complete nonsense statement. AADHAAR issuance was accelerated by tying it to KYC otherwise it was meandering and it was done by BJP. Creation of bank accounts was pushed and driven by BJP. Moving all subsidy and grants to these accounts by using Aadhar linked accounts made these accounts viable for banks while ensuring less leakages. While ManMohan started Aadhar he had no idea what to do with it. You cannot just make a claim that it was Manmohan's idea. It was Nandan Nilekani's idea that Congress failed to implement and the BJP has been able execute very well.
