@@gioandrew I got a Warm Audio WA-14. I hadn't heard of it before, but it came recommended from Mark Landson. It was designed to be a more affordable option to the AKG C414, which is a very famous microphone used in studios all over the world. But the WA is about 40% of the cost!

You thought correctly! But I don’t play piano, so I created this version. (I also recommend the Punch Brothers version. One of my faves.)
