Only Elvis Sold more recordings than any one else ! Bobby and Connie were so beautiful together. ! Her Dad thought he was a lousy bumm! Only reason because her Dad Was controll freak ! Controlled her music career ! And life ! Like Conel Parcker with Elvis! Controlled every aspect of his life ! Her Dad never allowed her to have friends ! Connie, looks terrific. I was really sad to come to know that she and Bobby Darin were in love, and she said she didn't follow her heart but listen to her whip crack en father. He was her greatest love of her life. But with his heart issues, who knows if he would have lived past 37?

What a heart warming, understanding interview Debra. Bravo to you, and of course, Connie. Thank you for bringing Connie to the masses on KZread. Hopefully, some will now read her book and learn how truly complex her life has been. And what a fabulous performer she has been for decades. I've met Connie many times in the very early days. She was always very kind, accepting, and down to earth. A very special woman. PS: I used to get Connies grandmother Hershey bars from the candy store.😮

Its seldom if ever mentioned what a clever sense of humor this lady has. She has an excellent sense of expression. By the way, another icon from that time, Sandra Dee, earned a goody-two shoes rep but in reality, A Summer Place was very daring for then. As was Where The Boys Are...

Thank you very much to my beloved singer Connie Francis for the kind words. We all live in fear and suffering now due to Covid-19. I constantly listen to the songs of the lady, they are so beautiful, wonderful voice that gives hope and joy of listening. I can only say that I have always loved your songs, this is the one and only most beautiful voice I know, I know a lot of people think the same. I wrote some Polish lyrics for foreign songs based on the original, my favorites, and sang it. I love beautiful music. It allows you to get through sometimes difficult moments in life. Recently I wrote a text for My Way, here everyone can relate to their own life. , everyone has their own way of life, they have different conditions for people. Everyone has their dreams, but fate writes its own scenario for each of us and no one knows tomorrow. You must also believe that fate will change our lives and return Health to all people. I warmly greet Connie Francis with all my heart and wish you and your loved ones happy days in good health. God bless. The response from Dick Clark’s family was cold. “It’s ok Connie, don’t worry about showin’ up to his funeral. He’s dead, he believed in nothing - he’ll never know the difference. Hope your back gets better, bye!” I’m paraphrasing because Connie would not be as upset with his passing if DC found Christ and hope.
