God took me on a unique journey many years ago and that is when I learned what you are now getting out to the Christian community. It’s been a prayer of mine that this truth would finally get talked about because I got a lot of backlash 1for sharing what I learned in spite of the evidence in my life it got rejected and my incredible testimony did too!! Thank you for letting God lead you to writing your book and having the opportunity to speak on Kirk’s show. I did just order your book because we will always be a work in progress until Jesus comes back. Thanks

"What if triggers are God's way of pointing us to areas we need have healing"...that's is a mic drop. I never thought of triggers that way but it definitely makes sense. Also if you avoid things that are uncomfortable; how would that uncomfortableness ever get better? I don't think it would...I think avoiding it would actually make it worse. Such a great talk today.

I feel SO full from this conversation. Woke up from a terrible nightmare, watched this video, talked to my friend, spent time in silence, and I feel SO much better. I’m so proud of myself that I don’t run from my triggers anymore

Emotion is actually more powerful than thought. And emotions are attached to thoughts we don't have thoughts without an emotion. There are spectrums of emotion.

Yes! New Year’s resolutions are silly. Also, the Jewish new year in Spring makes so much more sense than in the dead of the cold winter in some places. Just change w God’s help today little by little.

She triggers me. I've followed her for awhile now. I see her constantly propping herself and her career above the power of the Holy spirit. Use discernment with this one. ❤

Debra thank you for sharing these truths. This video is a power packed twenty-one minute seminar and or outline on the aspects of dealing with deep grief as a result of tragedy. The Trauma, the Triggers that are a result of walking through the tragic loss of our twenty-six year old daughter are debilitating. I have spent the past eight years being still with my Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ. It is in the stillness and the seeking that the Lord has revealed and healed the broken, crushing, emptiness that remains after tragic loss. Your wisdom and message through this video can be and will be an outline for people just beginning this walk. Thank you for spending time sharing with Kirk and writing this book. I will purchase and read. May the Lord bless and keep you both. Thank you.for sharing. Thank You Lord for Your teachings when we are still and seek You.❤

It is easy to reflect on our own planks in our eyes but it’s extra harder when you’re in a toxic environment who do not do the same so like minded Christian community is also important in assisting each other. Otherwise, it is Pharaoh and Narcissistic Demons around us that we also face that need to be dealt with. Pray for each other. Wear the Armour of God.

I have lower right back pain due to previously herniated discs. You stated no barbell squats for those with lower back pain. I really want to do the compound lifts ie deadlifts and barbell squats but I do get back pain when I do them. Is it possible to ever do these with chronic back pain? Your opinion appreciated.

Jesus taught NOT TO WORRY. He didn’t worry he kept his will aligned with God’s will. He knew he was going to go to the cross and knew what he’s was going to go through and asked God to take this cup from him. Jesus come at peace with his will of the Father be done. He trusted God and his will for his life.

I agree with you. Sometimes a toxic community does more damage. The hard part is continuing to look for the community that will help you heal. I'm in that challenge now. So thankful for our Good Shepherd. I hope you have or find the community you need sister. ❤️
