I did translation back then in school, there are some words you can’t translate, if it doesn’t exist in the original language of the translator, thereby you look for the closest meaning to the words. If you were to translate Snow into Yoruba, we don’t have it in Yoruba language, so we say Yinyin, whereas yinyin means hailstone.
