    FOUND ANSWER: So the hacking the phone to get code has to be a certain type of day which was noon for me. Basically the note has to be on the GATE for it to work. If note is scrunched up on ground etc you have to do a different time.

    Still don't get it, came here because I got the code but didn't know how, I figured one of those pay phones would open the gate, but don't know how that caused me to learn the code.
