sacrifice is a core part of the class, you can constantly resummon spirits, so you'll have infinite fp basically

Theres like 1 weapon that can inflict it😂😂😂 They dropped so many things... Why does the dragonclaw just have regular endure. Why does the dragonclaw shield not get the cool lightning attack that the sentinel does with the shield....

"The lack of close range options" maybe that's because you're a necromancer and are supposed to utilise summons to cover that.

"It kinda makes me wanna use summons now" I mean....necromancers tend to use summonings of dead individuals to fight so.....I felt that was a given considering the class you chose

Yeah, a big part of me wanted to use summons. But another part of me wants to wait so I can do a summons only in convergence, and I've been in contact with some of the Devs and they have been reworking how mimic is gonna work so it's gonna be fun once they put him back into the game

litle did you know you could resummond the bois when they died durring fights the entire time so sacrefice makes more sens

does...does he not know rancor and ancient death rancor exist in vanilla elden ring ?

KZreadr syndrome. Literally every single KZreadr I've watched play a game does this. They don't read information that is handed to them on a silver platter, then proceed to complain about/suffer from non-existent problems.

so far the best summons for this class are the greatshield guys you find in the underworld city. summons 5 of them and they can tank AND they have a built in AOE taunt

i feel ur frustration fighting the godskin matriarch. i personally did my 1st playthrough as a godskin celebrant and had to fight her for the final spell rune - turns out simply spamming the quickest cast blackflame spell (the basic one) was the best/only strat that worked on her xD

(chooses the Use Summons class) "I just don't want to use summons"

At this point this aint even a mod its an entire dlc

you realy need to try cast the rituale of the gostflame and then the insta stager spel

How does the status effect work?

The only build I tried that wasn't all that fun was the fundamentalist. It didn't really do anything all that special other than constant healing, and the new guardian sword spear was fun to use. But other than that, it didn't seem all that fleshed out as a class.

I always thought deathblight should at least do a burst of damage on bosses like bleed, would have prevented it basically being useless in PvE

Convergence gives you a whole separate save folder and keeps you from going online

Just go download the convergence from Nexus mods, install it, and launch it! The convergence guys actually have mod engine and everything installed with the mod itself so it's actually extremely simple

not really all bosses and majority of enemys have alot more hp then base game so without a proper build it will be way harder than base game

It’s fun because the moves are cool? It’s meant to add something new to the game, not necessarily make it better or anything. It’s meant to add new content to the game for people who have gotten bored of the base game.
