Sometimes the brake hose collapses and will not allow the brake fluid to return to the master cylinder. This happened on my Ford expedition and would take about 5 miles of driving on the highway to release. Rotors were continuously hot so much so that you could feel the heat emanating from them.

This happened the same with me
Had this happen often in my 2007 Express. Terrifying. I found that it would go away when I put new front rotors in. I figured the rotors were warping or something... I was never certain, but new rotors would always take care of the problem. Have not experienced it yet in my 2018 Express. We'll see!

I got 2012 Chevy Express and it does get death wobble when my tires are bad replace the tires no more death wobble.
