It's just a boosted valvestate 8100 or valvestate 2100/2200 head. And I think a DiMarzio pickup in the bridge. at least that was Chuck's rig.

art. shlening это не так сложно, как кажется на первый взгляд. Я спустя три года могу почти так же. Просто под метроном надо сидеть и задрачивать этот переменный штрих, пока рука не отпадет

2000jago Not exactly. It's very close, but you can clearly hear the differences in a few parts. I will agree that this guy does the best Death covers I have seen yet.

No offense to this guy as he obviously can play, but why no dislikes? Are you serious? This is played well but it's boring. There's no flair, there's missed bends on the solo. The guitar isn't all that. How can everybody like this? I'm not gonna dislike it cause that's an asshole move cause its good. But I can think of three scavengers right off the top my head that are better than this one on KZread. And they all have multiple dislikes smh

Dude, 70% of the viewers have no idea whats going on here except that the guy is playing a song they like on guitar. I dont know about the other scavengers on utube but i've seen tons of guys who's playing is mega crap but 90% of the comments are positive so... likes and dislikes are nonfactor. (some parts of the solo are screwed up but still a lot better than most of the covers out there)

Julio Azathoth I think what hes trying to say is that some of the emphasis and subtleties are lost in translation. This is a very good cover and is very respectful of the original, but I think Chuck had a sort of organic approach to pacing and emphasis on the actual record that is hard to match. I think it if like the difference between Necrophagist and Death. The former plays a little bit more with their brain and the latter plays a little bit more with their heart. Both great, but both better at different things. I think that his covers of bands like Origin or Rings of Saturn are better because their style is more dependent on very complex patterns while Death is more dependent on just playing your heart out with emphasis and pacing changes

Kelly Rankin That's true, but there's no reason to dislike it, i think. This guy is a really advanced guitar player and maybe Death is too easy for him. Or he just doesn´t have blood in his veins :P

Same could be said for your Far Beyond the Sun, you didn't have the same flair that Yngwie had, but you played great and so did this guy
