Dwayne was the soul of the show. Since he left there is the emptiness to the show.

I’ve loved all the cast members, they have been a perfect fit for their roles.

Favourite actor Sara Martins, simply irreplaceable.

My favorite has got to be the "commissioner". He's very fun to watch. Second is Chris Marshall. He's funny, funny, funny. It's a great cast overall and delightful show.

I absolutely love this program. Wish it was on every night.

I remember Don Warrington from the comedy Rising Damp. ABSOLUTELY love death in Paradise and hope to one day go to Guadelupe where its filmed

I first noticed Don Warrington when he played the President of Earth (Earth in a parallel world) in a 'Doctor Who' story. His appearance was unfortunately short as he was "deleted" by the Cybermen. Series 2, David Tennant as the 10th Doctor, "Rise of the Cybermen", the first in a two-part story. Several guest actors in 'Death in Paradise' have appeared in 'Doctor Who' including Shaun Dingwall (Jack Harmer in a DI Goodman episode, Series 4, episode 8) who played Pete Tyler the father of the Doctor's companion Rose. Also Neve McIntosh and Lucy Cohu - won't say more in case this channel's done/is doing a video about it. Ralf Little had earlier played Will Teague in one of the best 'Death in Paradise' episodes, Series 2, episode 6; in which, coincidentally, Sean Pertwee guest stars as DI Poole's former colleague and nemesis, and Sean Pertwee is the son of Jon Pertwee who played the 3rd Doctor in 'Doctor Who'. Sean Pertwee also guest-starred in 'Death in Paradise' Series 2 episode 8 as Malcolm Powell. Loads more connections. I'll leave you and this channel to have the fun of looking them up.

AGREED, and so let's find his character's identical twin brother, or bring Richard Poole back as a ghost, or as the clone of the original... But please, can we not have another wet noodle as DI!
