love this short format, if I wanted to watch long-form reports, I'd just watch Winters SEO because he's not hyper-energetic and he makes cool narratives

You probably already know this but you mentioned it here and it sounded strange in the context of a DG vs knights video so: remember that the nurgling -1 to hit in melee doesn't work on vehicles and monsters. Basically doesn't do anything in this matchup.

I agree, but still -1 to hit is not bad, -2 against shooting, and -2 against typhus in combat. But ya AP one is better vs knights

You should not have been able to shoot Sir Hekhtur with the PBCs since he has Lone Op. Otherwise pretty straight forward. The Gallant he brought is pretty bad now, as the Lancer and Canis already fill the combat role. Canis has decent guns, but he needed more guns honestly.

My thought is if the army has large access to reroll hits, -1 to saves seems like the better plan. Thoughts?

💯 I really just wanted the -1 to hit work. But it seems the other one is better competitively. The -2 to hit is funny but you can play around it.

Good game. Man... big knights are so bad right now, what a shame. They can deal some damage, but the movement issues they have once you get into melee with them leads them to a downward spiral, preventing them from moving, or if choosing to fall back, preventing them to shoot/charge...

@@lordmalal They have them except better now. The only thing they're lacking is the old super-heavy-walker for fallback shoot and charge. And it wouldn't fix them, frankly. Their guns got nerfed, their toughness is higher but the entire game spams autowounds so they're weaker and ultimately I don't know how they'll fix them. Or they just won't.

Great video, big fan of this video series, perfect time length for watching whilst eating my lunch today. A little feedback as you asked for. For me sometimes it felt like the pictures jumped forward a little far. I would suggest trying a start of phase picture then end of phase picture. As a picture paints a thousand words i don't think you would need to explain so much particularly the movement phase. I would also like to see at the beginning of the video a quick outline of your overall strategy for the units you have chosen and what you think your opponent will try and do. Looking forward to more of these videos.

I've got a imp knight player in my group and he OBLITERATE'S everyone lmao. He runs 2 big knight's with battle cannon's and 2 armiger's with the 3dmg auto cannon's and they just pick everything up lol. He also always rolls hot as fuck on his hits & wounds as well as his FNP's, it's obnoxious 😂
