@@yungpm you can get psychosis from lots of drugs. in my experience meth doesnt make me hallucinate at all, maybe ur friend took way too much. That said avoid hard drugs entirely if you can imo, only healthy way is carefully with friends in a social situation.

Probably from screaming on tracks. Ripping your vocal chords up can give your voice a more coarse deeper sound. Also just getting older

Voices deepen as people age and those who use their voice in an extensive manner like a singer are even more suscpetible to it. Aggressive and harsh singing amplifies this effect a lot.

Had the pleasure of seeing them live beginning of August. Great show. No opener, straight to the point, performed and left. Andy unfortunately wasn’t there, but Ride and Zach were going ballistic with the Sonics. It’s crazy how much my perception and enjoyment of death grips has changed over the years. Such a powerful and moving group. It’s been a pleasure, Stefan. Thank you.

Sun Ra doesn’t get mentioned enough I don’t think with the whole ethos and mythos of Death Grips. I just watched Space is the Place and it is a must watch, it is a feature length movie made by Sun Ra and its fucking so cool and bizarre and beautiful and real.

At 34, it seems obvious to me. All you really have to do is look around. I would say at about age 24 onward, life completely broke me and I tried to turn it all off. But I feel like it's made me a better person and more interesting.

Reminds me of myself back in the day when I had undiagnosed ADHD and did too much acid lol. He's a great dude and a deep thinker but he's definitely comes across a bit scattered and disconnected. Glad he has music and performance as an outlet.
