When my Mother was dying, we watched her as she stroked the outline of a dog over her lap from the tip of the nose & stroked to the end of the tail. I believe she was patting our dog, Sandy, that had passed over many years before. Mum spoke with her Father and sister - also waiting for her in this other dimension. Afraid of dying? No! It's all part of this incredible jourmey called living. We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

@powerfultools4life I had a similar experience as I observed my father while he was dying. We watched him continually reach for the sky with his hand cupped as if another hand (invisible hand) was taking hold of his hand. He would leave his arm up in that position until he was fatigued, and then would do it again. He could not speak, cancer robbed his speech at that point and time, but his demeanor was contentment and peace. There was no fear at all in us watching this. I agree with you.

Karma is not just from eastern cultures. It is in the Bible too. "you reap what you sow" It is all energy, and universal law. It is only logical that if you have thoughts or actions that produce negative energy then that is the energy that will flow through you. That is the lesson everyone must learn in life. You have to know what is good, to do good. Its no use beating up an innocent person on the street because you feel it is for their own good...if you catch my drift....

I find it very difficult to believe in only 2 choices, heaven and hell. Ok, you said do good and you go to heaven. How much good, in terms of percentage. Let's put it in another way, what is the passing % points to get into heaven, 75%? So the guy who got 74% is going to hell forever. That seems very unfair isn't it. OK let's lower the % a bit, say 60%. Again the person who got 59% is going to hell all because of 1 lousy %. So the guy with 60% good (40% bad) is going to heaven forever.

@maxtune100 im a hindu by birth, but bought up in a muslim country, i had many muslim friends, who spoke of thier religion, and asked me about mine,i stumbled, then i researched,& found that its the most beautiful thing. its not a religion, its a code of understanding.all theories were spoken of millenia ago, and was taught by the wisest guru, such as Dr. Acharya.hinduism is very complex, and this makes more sense then hell or heaven. its "u reap what u sow". but life is now, not after death.

People must understand that you chose your life on this earth if you believe you will, but the soul need to be lucky/deserving (by the karmic system I guess) to get a body they like because it's a lot of souls that also want the same body. Souls/humans that follow a specific religion that's says that you can't decide for themselves will follow that road. So everything you believe is the truth in sense. This is my understanding of it. What my intuition confirm. I know also that it's probably a lot more to it then just this simple explanation. It's so much disinformation out there so always try to follow what your hearth intuition tells you. Your intuition knows what you need to see as the truth. The true path of spirituality is to know what resonate with you. Don't take other people's opinion about it as the truth if you don't resonate with it.

when the acharya says good karma makes us re-born in 'good' families with no food-money problem, and bad karma sends us into poor families, does this mean that all rich families that we have at present are 'good' people?? If yes, it means they must have done good things in their past life. Yet I dont find that rich people are all nice. There are bad arrogant evil persons also from rich families. And not all poor people are bad!!!

I’ve never understood why reincarnation as an animal is bad karmically . It might be amazing to be a centipede or a mongoose, I don't know! Humans think about a spider and feel afraid or powerful, out of control or in control, but what dose the spider think? What dose a spider feel? What does a humming bird feel. This is an impotent question to me.

We are afraid of death because we have no previous experience of it. We do not know how it is going to be like. We do not know after death what will happen to us. I personally think that sleeping is like a rehearsal for death. Every morning when I get up I say to myself,"Today is the first day of the rest of my life." It could also be the last day. Death is part of life and there is nothing we can do about it. Live a good life whether there is heaven or hell. Niravana is the final pass-away.

Well said! I respect spiritual people but if we think of for example Eskimos....they have no vegetation there in ice world but animals. They are the people who eat most meat, do they all become animals after death? What about Africans? They simply try to survive with human brains and use it for know how that were given by God. It's really just a speculation after all. No matter how spiritual you are, be it guru or enlightened person, they should not decide other people after death. It's Devin Universe who decide. Not a human.

  • @Rayschall1

Never mind! I'm simply criticizing about his saying if you eat animals you will be reborn as animals....This made me wonder who would to decide that. • @ferkinskin

It's not a matter of inner voices or anything else...it's really simple..do you have any evidence to back it up that can be demonstrated and tested?? If not..it's speculation and that's that. I could just as easily say that after death we all turn into giant marshmallows and no one would be able to prove me wrong...therefore I must be right!! WRONG! If that is my claim then I have to back it up with something more..and if I have nothing more than scripture or inner voices or what ever else then it is nothing but pure speculation. Simple!

Scientists work hard in the process of observing & collecting evidence. Same applies with spiritual gurus,:)) :)) What a pile of twoddle!!! You seem to be perfectly aware of how scientific reasoning works and therefore you must understand why "belief" doesn't. You can waffle on about your woo and you can twist definitions to suit your point of view..but none of that makes any difference whatsoever. This is not, and never was, a debate about science over esoteric woo. If you want to believe (Germanic root meaning to have a liking or love of) that's your business mate..and you can chuck in as many insults as you like (no skin off my nose) Fact remains, and this is what it was all about just go and look at my original comment, No one knows what happens! Simple as that. If you did you would be the holder of a fucking Nobel prize for just about the greatest and single most important discovery that mankind could ever hope to achieve. Do you have one?...(and don't give me more twoddle about how there is a conspiracy in the scientific community to hide this "Truth")...no you don't. Why don't you? because what you are doing is making a claim that is not verifiable, not falsifiable and in no way demonstrable and therefore worthless!! I could just as easily claim that after death there is a land of jelly bean shitting unicorns that sing the greatest hits of Frank Sinatra all day, tell you to go to a "guru" mate of mine and spend 45 years training with him and you too will see the truth..but that's not worth toffee. I shall repeat myself in case it still hasn't sunk in...The only truthful answer is...I don't know...and it will remain so (whether you like it or not...and I know you don't) until you or anyone else can come up with some evidence. Bollocks about "well you haven't seen an atom" is kindergarten kacke (as our German friends would say). It's a straw man. I could just as easily say "how do you know Everest exist? Have you seen it?" (I am taking it as read that you haven't actually been there, but even if you have even you will understand the point). If I have to explain to you why that is stupid I can't help you. If I am willing to believe without "good reason" then I may as well believe anything and anything...in which case- why believe the karma theory? Why not believe the jelly bean unicorn theory? I don't for a second say it's not true!! What I say is...if you are going to make a claim then make sure you are able to back it up with something substantial. If it you don't have anything substantial...It is and will always remain just a claim. There are very good reasons why we have come to the conclusion that this is the best way to work and it's because IT'S THE MOST EFFECTIVE. If you have found a replacement for the scientific method that works better then show us your second Nobel prize. If not then at least be honest....Three little simple words...I DON'T KNOW. Ignorance begins with I KNOW. Me..I don't know if karma is true...I don't know if there is a god or a devil or a heaven or hell or a land of jelly bean shitting unicorns. I'm happy and curious about all possibilities. I am happy to engage with all possible ideas. This does not mean I am ready to give them any credence. I am not prepared to be credulous about baseless theories. And yes...even science makes mistakes...THANK GOD (if you'll forgive the pun :)) That's how we learn...test...make mistake...repeat first...each time learning a little more. And who knows..one day we may even find out there is a god, and karma and/ or Frank Sinatra singing, jelly bean shitting unicorns......or maybe not. :)

Its true, but not only KARMA gives you the answers. Your own life can give you the answers to your sadness or any kind of problem. All you have to do is pay attention to all the details OF YOUR LIFE and if you can write it down and read it back you. You'll be surprized. regards / MR.SUS

@Mrmsk2000 Animals are not judged by Karma, they can not really choose to do good or bad, animals only wish to live but do not understand what their actions may do(A bear killing a man for example is not evil, but trying to protect itself) However if an animal like a faithful dog dies saving it's master, the dog would be doing an act of good Karma, and has a good chance of being born a fortunate human. But I'm Buddhist so I can't say Hindu's share that exact belief. Hope that helped.

To GranFury I have just a little observation. I see you are repeating, "I think", "I believe" "I don't know" "I don't believe", all this affirms you don't know. To know means you have realized. We either know something or we don't know. By Just believing or thinking doesn't mean we know. Dr Acharya in his lectures is sharing his realization... we are either open to also realize or we are not. There is not need to believe or agree with him. We just need to be open and realize for ourselves...

What is good and bad karma? If you believe in good and bad karma, then there must be someone to decide right and wrong things and to govern the complete system. I assumed this Acharya do not believe in God. But I am bit confused now!

+chaitanya khurana In Buddhism if one is a good soul. The soul is automatically goes to heaven, passed from being judge. If really bad is sent to hell. If not really bad will wait for a trial but doesn't have good merit to go to heaven. That trail is based on if they have any good karma/good action. Then the result will be wherever they go.

+bluesky704 Thanks for more info. Few more questions: 1. Were we present in our true home before we came to this cycle? 2. If yes, why we got separated or thrown out of our true home? 3. Did we left because of our own will or it was someone's else decision? 4. Is nirvana a physical place or state of mind?

+chaitanya khurana Thanks for more info. Few more questions: 1. Were we present in our true home before we came to this cycle? 2. If yes, why we got separated or thrown out of our true home? 3. Did we left because of our own will or it was someone's else decision? We were probably once there before. Again everything is based on actions. Soul is free will so it has to pay for whatever it does wrong because we cannot control our own conscious that is why we are here. Actions produce that karma. This earth realm is a second chance we can go high or low. Once born in earth we would forget what previous lives we have lived before that's is why we are ignorance we cannot get out of the cycle; we don't know that we have lived before. Even in the angel realms there is lust and jealousy and anger that is why they have to reborn again. The highest angel realm probably have the least sin; highest realm that means they have the best of everything; still they cannot find their true home that is why they have to reborn. Our true home is inside us not outside anywhere. What creates the experiences who is the experiencer. There is a different level of thinking involved in different stages of enlightment. Like for a monk and nuns they can get out of their karma mess because they are not attached to this body. They know that this body in not the true them. To find the true you u must meditate and find it inside. That is why monks and nuns meditate a lot and practice their self awareness. They have to practice everything that they do, to see if they are aware of themselves. If you practice this self awareness then you will know that body and soul is different. Monks and nun their job is to clean their soul. To have nibbana last stage is there will be no soul because to have a soul is to have emotions. Spirit/soul is created by emotions of the experience.

Not sure about the seeing angels OR animals bit. What about the thousands of reports from hospice and general nursing staff, not to mention family members, see their dying saying they have '(insert deceased friend/family member) coming for them??? And as to the open/shut mouth bit, there are those who pass with a wide CLOSED smile and others OPEN mouthed screaming? And yes, I'm in Thailand so know about the Yamatoots, usually reported by Thai NDEr's.

Karma is punishment and reward. Its based on cause and effect. If you do bad things, bad things will happen to you to achieve karma. If you do good things you will receive good experiences. Karma is kind of a balance. Every religion in the world has its own take on Karma. The reward for good actions, the atonement for bad. You follow?

When living matter dies, it goes into the Earth, its pressed, heated and cooled underground, and over MILLIONS of years, it finally becomes energy. All oil and natural gas is actually the dinosaurs!! That's why their called fossil fuels. Every living thing on the planet, returns to the earth, where it becomes energy again. Nothing wasted, everyone you love and hate, all fade into one. To me, that's more beautiful than heaven or the idea of Karma. We're in this together, like it or not :)

at the moment Im quite sure we reincarnate but I am not into arguments so if someone has different idea that fine with me. But after that one probably reunite with the whole creator. One really has to work to understand any of this. However Im sure that its also possible to get enlightenment without reading anything, whats hidden from me can be an open book for an there . Most saints or people with higher powers higher knowledge ware born from simple families. People like St Padre Pio,. One could easily lose whole of his life reading scriptures and still understand just a small small piece of the puzzle, thats why I believe its more a spiritual thing for most people. I could be wrong in any way I am always ready to read something if helps to understand but in contrast to the past I m not only reading but also work on my spiritual side. Because just by decoding old scriptures you must spend few lives on them. And surly you will not understand everything. Perhaps not all is to understand but to experience ;)

ztarrfect At first we will understand little, second time a plus, 3rd time a plus and it keep adding if we keep reading while observing. No imperfect human ever born with higher power- though many seek for power. Knowledge is not in born, rather something to acquired personally. Enlightenment cannot be attain without reading anything, since reading is about observations that was put into writings for records to benefit the next generation. Reading is like looking at something and understand the scenario. If there is someone who had a different approach other than about reincarnation, it wasn't me, but someone who has revealed what he knows to people like us. Here I share with you some important question and answer about reincarnation. wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2012892#h=10:0-18:630 another one is here wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1101989260#h=7:0-20:783

The stroy Lord Jesus told explains what truly happens after death. The Rich Man and Lazarus “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores. “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’ “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’ “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’ “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’ “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’ “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’” (Saint Luke 16:19-31) www.gilead.ws

I WANT to believe in karma. I really do. But when a violent nation invades a peaceful one...the violent nation straight-up freaking WINS and it SUCKS but you have to be negative to be truthful. I was just on another web site where a rape victim SAID that the rapist took her "humanity" from her, AND others who had that experience said their "innocence" was taken. How come it's not the rapIST who has to feel like he's "not human"? The rapISTS don't have any innocence either but that serves them.
