Good afternoon Alua Arthur: Let me introduce myself, my name is Annette Norwood, and I was referred to you through a friend named Sheena Bostiac, I was an CNA, I retired last year due to an injury, however Sheena and a couple of my former co-workers, used to have me go into patients rooms who,suffered an miscarriage, and I used to comfort them with hand holding, and sharing my stories, also when I worked at UCLA as an CNA, I was often taken off the floor to help come patients who are in the throes of transitioning sometimes I would nearly spit and just stroke their hands or I'm a song or play music or just a gentle massage and I enjoy doing it I felt it wasn't honor so when I was told about what you do I wanted to ask how did you get started and is it possible for me to do this even at my age now 61 and yeah I just wanted to introduce myself and see what you think do you think I would be a natural for this.
