I remember watching this movie when it first came out. I always thought it was called the freeway fiddler because the driver of the van would always listen to fiddle music when he attacked

We need vans like this all around the country to wreck the idiot drivers. The general population has no idea how to drive, merge or even change lanes. They should be forced to stay on public transport. Guy in the van is my hero

Anyone notice the Dodge turned into a Ford Econoline in the arial shot with the Z? Typical of these old movies and Tv shows.That was the fun part of watching them, looking for the bloopers.

Haha. I remember this was on TV in Denmark around 1982-83. They called it "Dræberbilen" = Killer Car.

Now is this the movie where the bad guy is called The Fiddler? The best scene in that movie is where the guy sees some TV-reporter on his TV in his sleazy paint-shop, and then spray-paints his TV-screen over while she is on camera, lol!

Movies like this are why I don't drive. Moreover, if I did, and some psychopath started trying to murder random people on the freeway with a vehicle, the he would have learned that it would not been a good idea to try to make me into his next victim, as I would have made him reconsider his piss poor life choices via the judicious usage of a light anti-tank weapon upon his vehicle. This would be my response to Mr. Demon Possessed Serial Murderer in the van.

だいたい、この映画では、煽り運転や危険運転の域を通り越し、殺人運転だ。現実的には最初の事故シーンで、被害女性は死亡しているであろう。 だからこそ、全車ドラレコ搭載の義務付け及び管理整備が重要だ。 尚、航空機のフライトレコーダーやボイスレコーダー並みに頑丈さと、勝手に記録改編不可にすべきだ。
