Great job girls!!! The "dear anxiety" I've used to help a few people understand what anxiety truly feels like... Some people can watch you go into a major anxiety attack and still think that your acting and not take it seriously tell one day there just smacked in the face with Drs trying to keep you calm and talk to them about how serious that anxiety attack was and how that was a minor attack that got the school to call 911 for them to pick you up and go to the ER... But that's just it... Some people /Most people have to get smacked in the face and a ER Dr to tell them what's going on is exactly the same thing you have been telling them about for years and they didn't take you serious tell then. Some people aren't so lucky they try keeping the anxiety attacks to themselves just to die from the very thing they where keeping away from others. Please if you know anyone who might need to understand they aren't alone in the struggle ... Play this for them and truly be a friend to that person because 9 times out of 10 people feel very alone and scared but it takes just one good friend to change that and help them through the loneliness of it all.
