A little late, but they released a much cheaper version for their 2021 lineup

LED's on the neck for a signature, was wondering when I would see that (if someone else has done it I've missed it). Cool idea, but man that price climbs. Hand crafted and I'm sure fret leveled and all, or just assemble and run through a plek, who knows. Whooo too rich for my blood but man it is nice. Either way, that band has stood a test of time and I always enjoyed every show I been to with them over the years, pure energy start to finish. Sad to see em go and super sad on that price tag hahaha. Would be nice to feel how it plays. FKN SLAYER!

I wanna know what happened with the neck compared to Kerry's BC Riches, I saw the video of When the Stillness comes where he had to abort the intro and then when I saw Slayer in Oakland they skipped the intro to the song entirely.

Did he ever play Dean before Slayer hung it up? It seems odd to have a signature guitar that he never played live. Dean is amazing though. I have two of them. A Dave Mustaine sig, and a Dimebag Razerback. They both sound amazing!

Nah never tried haha that hurts my brain because there’s not a natural A in B major. I’m a theory nerd. I guess it could work in D major because b minor is the relative minor but yeah nah haha

Great video. It's cool getting to see smaller channels grow and get the opportunity to interview people like this. Having said that though, this guitar is ugly as hell. I am excited though as to what Kerry's next project will be

Why are the saddles so high on that bridge? It looks to me that pickup rings are too tall and/or the neck angle is wrong for his low profile signature kahler?

Seems like a weird time for King to switch brands, with Slayer ending their career.

Kerry King with Dean guitars. Just doesn't seem right.

I don't see anyone buying one of these for that price. You could order Jackson custom shop or something else custom built to your liking for about half of what this monstrosity costs. It's just not there for this sky high price.

I’m not knocking Dean at all. I have a USA Mustaine DVMNT Angel of Deth and I dig it. But why did Kerry leave ESP?

$8666.99 isn't worth it. That's fucking dean custom shop decked out guitar type prices, I could get a stealth Ml with Floyd, a case, any pickups 24 frets and a custom paint job for that.

Shoot we at DOA have known this for about a month or so. Alot of people dont like it because of the headstock and what not. I Just think ots ugly.

Dean can blow that shit outta their asses!!! &10,000..??... KERRY KING?? A Steve Vai P&W universe isn’t even that much. And Steve can actually play guitar.

Not a fan of this guitar. The curved points on the headstock and end of the body wings are just ugly in my opinion. Also seeing it in better view in this video I’m not a fan of those guys in inlays either. To each their own though, just my opinion that I find this guitar not eye appealing. I’m sure in the future Kerry King and Dean will do something with a tribal design

the body horns arent looking good. more subtle ones would be the way to go. theyre too edgy too now
