Sam and dean didn't lose everything. They lost cas. A woman they didn't know. Their frienemey. And their mother that is potentially alive (in their eyes). So I think dean is referring to his everything. Cas. (Sobs grossly) fucking supernatural man.

Wow, I just. Wow. The audio overlays of Dean talking were beautiful paired with the music. The argument from last week proved to shatter my heart even more. And overall it was just an amazing piece of art. I love how you brought stuff back from the earlier seasons, like Famine talking to Dean. Stuff like that, tying the earlier seasons back into the most recent to show that the boys have come a long way but are also in some ways still at square one just really tears me up. But in a good way. Making something so amazing like this that it provokes such strong emotions is something to be proud of. You did good. I love it.

malagenabolakaful Yes me too!! Something about the horsemen has always fascinated me and Famine especially because his effect on people was just...odd. It could present itself in very different ways. And when he and Dean had that conversation it hit too close to home and it's always held a really twisted place in my heart, so thank you for adding that in. It made me so happy and heartbroken. And you're right, he's lost so much that he's just back to his angry early days self. He kinda reminds me of s2 where he was beating the Impala. I feel like he's in a heightened headspace of that and it's so terrible

I don’t ship them romantically but I just adore the Winchester family dynamics of Sam/Dean the OTP of the show and best brother bond and the best friendship of Castiel and Dean they suragote father/son of Castiel/Jack and how Dean/Sam being big brothers to Jack.
