Hi Kim! I’ve been a subbie since BackSyncFan 🤭. I have seen (and truly proud of) your growth over the years. I’ve really never seen any negative comments, or at least I haven’t bumped into any. And I believe it’s because you’ve been authentic and consistent through it all. And I (we) appreciate you for that. I wish you more blessings and continued growth 🙏🏾

To breastfeed two you can feed both and use a pillow to assist holding them. Make sure you switch them to each side because one side holds more milk. Have snacks to help with energy and milk supply. The more skin contact you do the more likely you will produce enough milk for babies needs. Bumping is a whole other process

That’s true Kim , I remember feeling the same way about all 5 of our children ! Our twins are our last 2, they are 19 now!! We have 32,30,28, 19,19! I heard that about having the kids at different times in your life is definitely a blessing!! I agree , our 28 year old is really close to the twins, she was the most helpful and willing to spend time with them when they were little! All of them have special relationships! Our 12 and 10 year old was soooo excited to find out that I was pregnant with twins!!

I would love that… in the form of a book. I honestly feel that’s how I’ve been able to best digest this type of info. Coaching can be extremely powerful… but it can also be another job… that is kind of why it works I think because you have to commit. But, I think change can also happen by reading and digesting it at your own pace. I also know some coaches feel drained… but, I’m sure there’s a way to do it where you can reach many without depleting yourself… probably a course. But, that’s dope that you would even consider something like that in this stage of the game. I would def pay for it… even if it was just to pay for an hour of time to chat and get advice off top… lots of ways to do it. I’m excited to see what might come of this.

So Kim I almost relaxed a patch beneath the crown of my hair😁😁😁it was terribly matted and formed a dreadlock. It was a nightmare 😓😰😥😢 and i decided to brave it out and put some avo and a conditioner that had some aloe, then i went to a store where i usually buy cheap hair products and bought a detangler. I couldn't even do my hair. Had to ask my sister, after a day where i put all i thought would help and had it overnight with a plastic cap. I though id have a bald patch😅😂😁 But i did lose a lot of hair. Was struggling to get the right detangler and have no natural ingredients like aloe and all that good stuff even in-store. It was a nightmare❗❗❗😭😭😭Im still emotionally and mentally recovering. Hope my scalp and hair recovers too. I couldn't even go to the salon coz i hate how they treat people with natural hair from my area and how they dont even bother to research and give a better service. Phew!!! I just need to catch a breathe after all that. Imagine, it was days ago but im still recovering 😬 i actually feel like laughing and crying at the same time 😅
