The chairman has to be questioned. How can a scam operate in his jurisdiction without his knowledge? That too, with the licence under his name? Either he's the most incompetent Chairman or he's directly involved. It's sad that such unscrupulous activities are not uncommon in our villages. An example should be made of these people. We think of corruption as only top down but in many cases, it's usually bottom up.

So, since 2015 i.e 8 years 12(months) x 8(years) = 96 (months). ₹28,620(yearly) x 96 (months)= ₹27,47,530. OMG THIS IS WHAT HE HAS EARNED.

Appreciate the job but the sad reality is that both the FPS owner as well as majority of the beneficiaries are equally corrupted. The genuine downtrodden people are not getting the benefits as they don't have ration cards for many reasons. Most of the beneficiaries are not eligible to avail such benefits as they belong to well-off families.
