Negasonic Tennage Warhead fixed Cable timetravel device; he used it to go back in time and save Vanessa, to save Peter (but in this, it seems like he went back again and saved everyone or at least Shatterstar because he is alive), to kill X-Men Origins horrible Deadpool, to kill Ryan Reynolds so he doesn't accept the Green Lantern script, and to kill baby Hitler. So he used the device a lot, so I guess that's why the TVA is there, or just because this Paradox guy played by Emmy winner Matthew Macfadyen wants him for whatever mission he has for him.

Just had to go back to the end credit scene in II, to see who he saved. Wasn't sure about ShatterStar.

Post endgame about 4 out of all the projects that have come out under Marvel have been female lead meaning all of the other TV shows and movies are male lead so what do you mean M she U?
