I'm excited. Ryan Reynolds said this will be deadpool. No watering down. The jokes will definitely be in the movie. The pegging one for Disney was great 😊. Expect more. The fox logo was in the background. Deadpool hit it up against his back. So I'm excited. Plus Hugh is back as wolverine. O yes this movie will be awesome. Plus Jennifer garner was confirmed to be back as Elektra in this film also. It was in a news article to confirm it. I'm excited to see her back as Elektra again. She did great in the daredevil film years ago and her own Elektra film as well.

Deadpool is DEFINITELY saving the MCU in terms of variety and different vibes to their formerly family friendly universe. Deadpool will be disney's marvel first R rated movie, so that's a wink for future MCU projects that will be rated TV MA and rated R. It shows that disney is no longer holding on the best parts of the MCU which for me is the realism and r rated aspects of a universe full of superheroes and awful villains. They are finally going "The Boys" and "Invincible" route. They can finally let loose all the dark characters like: The Punisher (confirmed), BLADE (confirmed), Daredevil (confirmed), Midnight Suns (confirmed), The X-men, DOOM, etc.

Glad Deadpool is clowning Disney too, the self awareness Disney needs right now.

@@mwheeler22 I wasn't going to re-respond, but I did some googling, and a lot of people believe Dr. Doom himself was in the trailer. There's a screenshot on IGN of this very scene. In the snow scene, when that disc was transforming, there's a hooded figure standing there with a handheld weapon. Maybe it's at 3:01, but just take a look. I don't mind being wrong, but it favors Dr. Doom.

The guy that says oh this is awesome in the brown leather outfit is pyro from the first 3 X-Men movies but I am going to see this one on opening day

I'm just nit-picking here, but the line he says in the trailer is "I love this part.". And Pyro in the FIRST film was played by Alexander Burton, and then in 2 and 3 he was played by Aaron Stanford...who reprises his role of Pyro in THIS movie.

I'm interested in seeing what happens. Maybe it will be awesome or not. I think some people are hoping this movie fixes some of the MCU. But regardless whether this movie is awesome or not. You two are definitely Awesome! Have a wonderful day, Michelle and Natalie!

I don't think it will completely fix the MCU, but I think it will allow a more comedic tone.

This was the highlight of the Super Bowl!

So happy to see you ladies reacting to this new Deadpool trailer this movie is going to be a blast.

The best part is having Ryan telling to Marvel that their actual phase sucks and needs a Messiah

Marvel has been putting out trash after trash nonstop for the last 4 years. So unless this movie works Marvel is finished.

I've been watching the MCU through again (for the millionth time) but phases 1-3 were just so much fun. I really hope they can get it back on track, at least to some degree

WATCH LOKI!! You’ll lack major context without it. They aren’t refering ti the movies necessarily when they say save the mcu. It’s about the storyline and how it connects with Loki and the rest of the marvel stuff.

Maybe u weren’t as excited because u haven’t watched loki… so u don’t really understand what this movie is gonna do for marvel. When he says he’s going to change the cinematic universe forever he’s going to exactly that. U should pin this comment cause i guarantee you this movie is goin to make over 1B in the box office and possibly surpass endgame if not definitely NWH

This was a teaser like we gonna get more later but what gonna make this. really awesome with the mutilverse Deadpool 3 is setting up secret wars so like seeing everyone that played or wants to play a marvel character. in that movie and deadpool to me is gonna improve some areas the mcu usually u get different projects that are different vibes or genres. some are not for everyone but it does show variety but the main problem with the mcu people. having problems is taking advantage of the pg 13 rating from storytelling. standpoint of pushing the narrative to a cashgrab like taking advantage like for example in the marvels. they have a musical planet so u know Disney force it in

It looks a bit Wreck-it Ralph, with him going into the Logan movie, Age of Ultron and presumably X-Men 2, but that is one of the best Disney movies to date. And who better than Deadpool to do that?

Yep, TVA from Loki. Michelle, this was only a teaser trailer, they're definitely gonna release a longer, more detailed (hopefully not too detailed) trailer soon 😉 Even as a teaser this still made me very happy & god I want it to be July already! 😃 But I kinda feel the same as you do - Not 100% If this is gonna save MCU, but it will definitely bring in a lot of money & become their highest grossing movie in a long time! But I really do hope this movie will save MCU 🙂

Just make Deadpool a namestay in Marvel at this point. He doesn’t have to be everywhere but he is the biggest draw they have right now next to Wolverine and they can’t use Spidey anymore without Sony’s consent. A Deadpool X Spidey movie would be awesome! It did well in the show.

Thought I would be upset cause the TVA were cornballs in Loki. This "movie TVA" seems to work in this trailer cause uniforrns upgraded from cheap cosplay. that loud lady isn't just screaming at everything. Wade isn't being punked by one person like Loki. As much as I like Owen Wilson in his comedies being replaced by "Paradox" whose more serious as the TVA face doesn't give us a constant reminder of the Loki series. Of course this can all change in the final product but if they keep it as a broader organization for the movie and not do a whole Loki recap, it should just be a conclusion to the Fox verse that puts a nice bow on everything.

Just got a classic pegging line, blood, f-bombs etc and Deadpool’s comic narcissism. Same writers as the first two movies plus Ryan Reynolds and some comic ppl to probably help with the MCU TVA connections but it’s more or less the same crew

Michelle, i agree i would have watched this movie regardless because of the other two but i enjoyed the trailer because it showed more than the trailers for the first two movie combined and still kept you intrigued.

You have a few months. I would advise you two to watch Loki. At that point, at least you'll be semi-caught up on at least the TVA and what their purpose is and why they say this movie is the soft reboot to save Marvel, the way for them to reset their ""wrongs". I think it'll make it more enjoyable at the very least.

I'll wait until you ladies review it along with some others in our sphere. I want it to be good. I really do. But I am not spending money on things unless people I trust say it's worth it.

Save the MCU or MSHEU, no Deadpool will not save it. Might be like Guardians 3 and help it out if successful at the box office but that is about it. Unless there is a major coarse change at Disney, like an Elon /Peltz takeover, nothing will save that silly mess that Iger and his team have made. Was never on the fence, was going to see Deadpool&Wolverine when it came out way before this trailer. Trailer was funny and not enough Wolverine for my taste but hopefully there will be a few more trailers between now and July.

I’m with you Michelle. This trailer did not hype me up and amaze me. However, I’m holding my judgement on Deadpool & Wolverine until I watch the movie itself since it involves Disney 😬 I’m just hoping this is going to be a smash hit since it’s going to be a an ‘R’ rated version. I just wished that they had a better title than just “Deadpool & Wolverine” 🫤 but oh well, we’ll just have to roll with it…

This is how I talk.

It will be like a fireworks rocket that will burst into a brilliant pyrotechnic display, DUE TO RYAN’S EFFORTS, and “not” created by Marvel with its in-house story group. Like a single fireworks shell, it will burst way up there, shine on its own while illuminating the wasteland that is Marvel Studios. Nothing “they” put our will follow Deadpool to any heights. But, be prepared for some heavy propaganda spin to the contrary!🙄🙄🙄

However, the knowledge that DP and Wolvie (or maybe more accurately, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman) will be sharing the screen does excite me, but a promo is not necessary for that. I knew that was happening long before I saw the promo.

She suck the excitement out of this trailer. Stop this reactor trope of everything B4 this suck because of Disney. Disney was in charge of phases 1-3 also. People say that the movies and shows were toned down because they were on Disney when the shows and movies matched the exact tones of the comics. She hulk, Hawkeye and Ms marvel books were silly and campy and didn't take themselves seriously so it wouldn't make sense if the shows were ultra violent. And to blame it on wokeness is stupid when these characters have been around and acting like this for 30,40 and 50 years. A lot of non comics fans were outspoken in their vitriol and comic fans complain about changes in the characterizations not the tones. Shows that we're on Netflix are on Disney now and echo is for mature audiences so the last thing you can worry about is the r rated Deadpool. KZreadrs need to go back to watching for the fun of movie watching and stop nitpicking everything when it doesn't fall in their small circle
