imma gonna say it, after 20+ years, Wolverine looks weird with a mask lol. I know this is a fan edit, but if the final look is anything close to that, its gonna look weird. Im sure he will have it for a short period of time during the movie before it gets removed/ripped out.

I think they did a solid job with the current look, based on what we've seen so far. I think they'll polish a little during post production between now and the theatrical release though. So it will get a little better.

The wolverine costume is awesome cant wait to see it.

Ok but I would hate if the mask is all CGI. Like please just give us a good practical suit

Bryan Singer is clearly not a comic book fan. His Superman film really irritated me for a start. It's like he has no idea about what people really want to see. He had the rights to the John Williams Superman theme, but then hardly used it, and when he did use it he used it in the wrong parts of the film. As if he was just clueless to the fact that certain parts of the theme are supposed to relate to certain parts of the character's actions.

Me too. I totally agree, he basically cut copy of the 1st 4 Superman Movies & Supergirl movies. it was Superman 3.1 and Supergirl 1.1 Where is Superman in Supergirl? Supergirl oh he's out in Space. those white eyes on the Wolverine mask are disturbing. They don't bother me with the Deadpool mask (or in the comics with Wolverine) but in live action its pretty disturbing. I have to say, I am one of those fans that is looking forward to seeing Wolvie in one of his suits and to see how Marvel portrays the X-Men.

He didn't like Superman any better, but WB was going to let do let him do like 5 movies of his own or something like that, if he did Superman, guess WB executive didn't know he worked on the X-Men movies, or didn't know, he didn't know anything about comics or that he didn't liked them and never read them, because if they all that before hiring him, maybe we would have gotten a better Superman movie instead of Superman Returns wasn't much better than the X-Men either. And I remember he even refused to put back deleted scenes showing Superman in space exploring what was left Krypton when the movie was going to out on DVD or he would not do a Director's Cut either.

Two things yeah his mask was not revealed only in merchandise Another thing I’ll laugh if the movie referenced X-Men 97 by Deadpool

I'll be honest, I also hated the yellow suit as it never made sense to me given Logan's personality. I always preferred the brown one or more recently, the black version. Yellow was only really used in the early days when there were color concerns over print technology. They couldn't reproduce good gradations back then, so they needed to use loud solid colors.

Maybe they find an old Magneto Helmet on the Void Planet and Toad (confirmed in the film) alters Magnetos helmet into a Wolverine one. That way Wolverine can't be mind controlled by Xaviers sister "Cassandra Nova"?

I understood they were hiding things because the way that portal works that they jump in (if it is Dr. Stranges which I assume it is) you are able to see the other side but in the trailer it's blank in the middle. They are hiding the location they are jumping to to make it more of a surprise - wherever they are going.

Crazy to think all our favorite actors who have played their versions of hero’s will one day be viewed as say Christopher reeve, no one could ever see anybody else playing his role but now he’s just a respected legend from the past and now these new positions are accepted and praised

Even Hugh Jackman didn’t know that a Wolverine is not a Wolf I didn’t know that most of my life and I’ve been a huge fan since the 90’s cartoon when I was in grade school. So I’m sure few people know it is a completely different animal much closer to a Badger both of which look kind of like a skunk!

I really hope we get that mask for an extended period of time in this film

when I first watched the trailer and I saw wolverine's claws coming out it made me realize that suit isn't gonna be new bc where the claws come from has to be made with adamantium as well since it would break if it was something else and those holes the claws come from looks a bit broken like they've been through a lot of fights

4:00 I agree- although i believe they were fully intending on keeping Hugh a secret; in typical Marvel fashion. Unfortunately early into production- images were leaked with wolverine on the set- with Deadpool - fighting- in full yellow custom- it messed a lot of things up for the reveal. Great video btw !

I'm all in for the Wolvie cowl having a meaningful inclusion in the film, at this point it is almost its own separate character. I just hope they can get the ear sails to work in live action. I know they can't please us all and there will be a plethora of words used to describe the cowl. We all just want and need a berserker fueled, fully costumed Wolvie doin what he does best. LoudLove

At 9:06 Logan looks at the brown and tan suit he wore throughout most of the 1980s. The blue and yellow suit predates this one, and he returned to the blue and yellow after this one when Jim Lee relaunched X-Men in the 1990s.

9:23 Wolverine has a brown and yellow suit in some of the comics. Like the Uncanny X-Men, he also wore it through most of the 80's and into the early 90's. Plus he's wearing the brown and yellow suit in the current 2024 comics.

Deadpool has one major advantage over Wolverine - his healing factor. DP's may be derived from Wolverine's, but it's dialed up to 100. Even without his adamantium slowing it down, Wolverine still can't heal anywhere NEAR as quickly or completely as Deadpool.

Deadpool regrew his entire bottom half in less than 2 days, whereas the most we've seen Wolverine replace is some skin & muscle. In the comics, Deadpool's version is much faster than Wolverine's. And this is coming from a Wolverine fan, not a Deadpool one.

11:28 HOLY SHIT!!! I had no idea about that with the comics in Logan!! I bet someone somewhere is already filthy rich off those special comics or is about to be now!! I didn't even know that was a special thing strictly for Logan!! Assuming they still exist and weren't destroyed after they were used for the movie, they must be worth millions now!!

In other words, Singer and Mangold were of a time where ambition and dreams died with Cameron and Speilberg of the 80's and 90's, substituted for technology and grounded stories in the 2000's. I could be wrong but maybe Singer was never a die hard comic fan from the jump, or maybe he was. A lack of vision or confidence in seeing actors wear super suits was probably the issue. He truly hanged himself for not growing out of this limitation. There were many directors willing to take that challenge and do the type of films he would not. Such confidence brought them fame in such films as: Ironman, Watchmen, The Amazing Spiderman, Kick-Ass, Batman Begins, and V for Vendetta.

I like when the things on Wolverine's mask(I dont know what to call them since theyre not ears or horns) are shorter. It looks better like the Paco Medina style suit back when Blade crossed over with the X-men.

There’s DEFINITELY stuff hidden within these trailers. This movie is gonna have so many Easter eggs in it that I’m sure they had to cut stuff out of some of these scenes to keep some stuff secret until the movie comes out. Every time I see that scene of the two of them walking out from around the corner, it makes me wonder if there’s other characters with them lol. We already know about alot of cool stuff that we are going to see but I’m sure there’s gonna be some other stuff they manage to keep secret until it comes out! Cant wait to see it!!!

If I remember correctly during one of the original X-Men movies, they tried to put them in the suit and mask and the mask just looks so ridiculous. They had to scrap the whole thing. I hope they can figure out a way to make it look good.
