God bless Ryan Reynolds, man.. This is everything we’ve always wanted since 2009 when Fox completely shit the bed with X-Men Origins. 15 years later, and we’re getting the buddy cop movie we deserve! I always thought Ryan would be able to get Hugh for a real cameo, but this???? What dreams are made of. I hope there’s a line somewhere about how 90% of the Wolverine variants look the same, as a way to really honor and pay respect to Hugh for whenever a new actor takes over.

From left to right: Callisto Toad Kid Omega Lady Deathstrike Azazel Absorbing Man (?) Pyro on his car Arclight (right next to the car) They are there for plot continuity I guess, Alioth is about to prune that world, and they have to be there so they can just get erased. And most likely Strange or Wong (it will be hilarious if it's Ned) saved them with a portal.

My prediction is that at the end of this movie we get introduced to who will play the new Wolverine in the MCU.

@@blackwind92 i'd love if when Deadpool and Wolverine exit that portal they jump into, Dafne's X-23 is with them, fighting alongside them both, setting her up as still being out there for when Hugh decides to hang up the claws again.

I liked how the beginning of the trailer looked a lot like the beginning of the teaser for Insomniac's upcoming Wolverine video game. Also seeing a live-action Cassandra Nova is awesome!

It would have been brilliant if they digitally made Jackman 5'3

If you look carefully at the first part of the portal jump with the boys facing us you can see Cassandra Nova standing there smirkingnear the lower right side of the portal. So not sure if it's them escaping or if she's tasked them with doing something.

While the above replies are all true, the composition and cinematography of the shot itself is bizarrely close to Insomniac’s, but it’s probably just a fun nod from the filmmaker’s own excitement for the game rather than any kind of connection.

Don’t think it’s the Ultron scene, could also be where the grave from Logan is and he’s stopping them or something

I think it's a variation on the Logan timeline where perhaps it was closer to the comics and Mysterio or... hell even Cassandra Nova tricked him into killing the rest of the X-Men. Same storyline, but rather than letting him sit with that for years like we see in the Logan movie, it's still kinda fresh, and then he gets plucked out of his world. So he's probably going to be very angry and very sad.

I question Tim’s love for comic book movies if he didn’t see the Daredevil/Electra movies. From X-Men/Blade onwards comic fans went to watch everything no matter how bad it may have looked, we were just excited for any and all attempts to see where this was going, it was brand new space at the time. Ghost Rider, F4, Watchmen, The Losers, etc., if you skipped any you weren’t really that into comic movies and you come off more as a MCU bandwagon casual. The PS1 era of comic movies was important, you wouldn’t have anything that followed if not for them and if you’re gonna commentate professionally on this stuff you should’ve done your due diligence. P.S. Affleck’s Daredevil still has the best soundscape scene and Michael Clark’s Kingpin (RIP) was more of a convincing powerhouse than Netflix’s.

Compared to the infinity saga the mcu is trash now. It isn't over reacting. They went from. 85/15 hit and miss to now 20/80 hit and miss. Theybforce out shows that are not good in story, quality, cgi, or characters. There shows are 50/50. The characters are not interesting in the movies. The stories are not well written and they bump the humor up way too much. The stakes aren't as high. They lost good story telling, good characters, and quality movies and cgi over quanity and looking too far ahead. You have your opinion and we have ours. The mcu has been on a downward spiral since endgame. NWH was a good movie. Loved it. Loki, Hawkeye, Wandavision were great to mid but not bad. But the movies mostly took a big step back. More people see how bad the mcunhas fallen post endgame. Theblast few phases just have not been good at all. Then on top of the quality drop they want to force their political view and woke agenda in our face and entertainment while it serves no purpose to the story or anything really. They do it just to force their agenda. That is just Disney as a whole. Other companies too but Disney is the worst and it shows in not all but a lot of their latest mcu movies

​​@@iam_ad629even if those movies are great the build up was trash. The build up to endgame was not trash. It had very few bad movies. It had some mid movies but it had more great movies. Just because the payoff we may get in secret wars doesn't justify putting out sxxt movies and shows with a noticeable drop in cgi quality, story quality, characters quality, and just quality in general. No matter how epic the payoff may be it does not justify the lack luster pretty trash build up. If that is how you look at the mcu no wonder you don't care how bad the mcu is right now. Makes no sense though. Idk how you can justify trash with two potentially epic movies. Lmao 😂 When a movie is well written and actually great you shouldn't have to wait until the end for it to make sense. The movies should also work as a stand alone too. I understand why you think the mcu isn't trash now though. It's a weird way to look at it "as kong as the Avengers movie and secret wars are good the rest of the movies will magically make sense and be good now" you can't be serious. It's OK to be a fan but it's toxic to be such a fanboy that you can't be honest when trash is what is being put out
