in my only opinion, it's terrible to make full 3d model of face of actor, I want to see person, not pixels

The 3D Face you see is not being used for the final VFX. It's helpful to get the overall matching correct (in short) but they don't render it and use only the parts of the body they need. You see some faded mask on the video at 1:08
