class 1 licesne driver when trying to get a trucking job no company is willing to train the candidate,they all want expereinced drivers, look how dumb it is. & here is the results accidents,Canada should change rules & ask companies to put forward a training schedule mandatory for companies for new drivers & experienced drivers
