Ok, quick explanation of Cloakers. They're canonically some of the best units out there, and are gods of martial arts. In game, they usually drop a smoke bomb or hide in vents, under cars, behind doors, etc. When they have their sights on you, they either do that flying kick thing, or they charge at you and smack you skull in, and they only make that "WULULULULU" noise when they charge. They can still shoot at you like any other enemy unit, but they rely on the element of surprise, because both their charge and kick will INSTANTLY down you, no matter how much armor or health you have. They also tend to keep smacking you with a baton once you're downed, and they seem to enjoy trash talking their victims.

The first one talks about the basics of the game,the other 2 talks about various perk decks that are in this game. And those are made back in the sfm era
