With deadlift, people don't usually do high volume at high weight in training, because it's really fucking hard and can be dangerous. So, seeing people do it in competition you really appreciate how much effort they're putting into each rep
One of easiest to do, but when done incorrectly can do much harm
I have tried narrow stance and find it awkward, I much prefer a wider stance for DL, a little less than a snatch stance.
