I’ve been suspended for 3 year and I just got back my Channel with 4K subs

In my experience, developing a dead KZread channel is one of the most difficult and difficult things in the world of social media, much more difficult than building a new channel. especially a channel that contains short content, it will make the difficulty even worse. it's so difficult to deal with this, almost all of my friends have experienced the same thing, like my channel, selling their channel or abandoning their channel and building a new one.

I agree with this a lot I’ve tried to revive my other dead channel but it just was not working, I think the thumbnails are definitely the most important thing to consider when making a video plus the title 😔

My old channel, I had 300 legit followers, I told all my friends and family to follow me and I hit 1K because I knew the topics I made always went far, to my greatest surprise, it didn’t, from 1000+ views etc i had 10-30. now I’m on a new channel and all is going well so far and I am so happy about that. Thanks so much

This video was definitely helpful. With nearly 30k subs I have wanted to change my niche a bit. But I have been steadily losing subscribers. This makes me feel a bit better and I can brainstorm a bit more and use ideas from this video to decide if I should just hang it up and start over or try to rebuild the channel.

Reviving my 1 and half year old channel again.. Its been 2 weeks.. Had 4 suba then.. Now gained 30 so far 🍀 and I am very grateful for them..hope it grows amd I get more support 🙏🏻

A few big channels take away all the visibility from the small channels. It's not worth wasting time on KZread anymore

Thank you for the info and for the reminder. I am "older" and looked into TikTok a few months ago; was learning and creating there, in addition to focussing on a schedule on my IG feed and Stories. My time and energy was diverted from my YT, Totally "forgot" my YT, but for me I think it's a natural ebb and flow as needed, and luckily i am not in business, it's for fun. Thanks!

Yes that's 50% of it in this case because noone knows what KZread really wants even if you tick all the boxes. You can push the ball to get it rolling but KZread needs to pull as well.

I'm going to keep trying to revive this channel although most suggest building a new one. Hopefully things work out either way.

Very helpful video, my channel like dead one after I change it name, my videos was not as bad but still can’t catch viewers sight, sad. But I will not gave up, will try hard and harder. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, stay safe stay healthy and stay connected.

Many thanks for the great advice. I would like to suggest that finding a niche and sticking with it, will also help. My channel has very little content and everything is random, which has caused stagnation in the number of views and subscribers. Need to take my own advice and get with the program. 😅

I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps I should try some new content and come back later and work on my old niches. I was tempted many times to just delete my channel and make a new one. My channel is still alive.. but its been on the decline since pre-summer. My views used to be around 10-20K per vid at least. Now I am glad if I get 5K. I seriously don't know how to fix this issue. But I am still working hard putting up content.

I always learn new things from you. I started my channel in September after asking you a few questions, I’m getting close to 2k subscribers and I’m close to reaching the threshold. Please what address do they need to send ones pin? Is it a house address or postal address? I need help on that please

I created my channel, from which I am currently writing, two months ago and it has 410 subscribers (more than half of which were generated by a single video). Almost all of the views are from navigation functions and recommended videos. My audience is mainly composed of elderly people, and I would like to adapt my channel to them by creating calmer and more professional videos than what I have done so far. The latest videos only get 100 or 200 views. Generally, my views and impressions in the last two weeks have been very low. Do you advise me to create another channel or can I simply publish higher quality videos? Or when can I know it's time to create a new channel? Thank you.

Stop uploading for 2 months and now, I have problem to recover my channel. If I open my google account, other videos are coming out and those are my old google account and my KZread name. I’m not sure if that was a longer time hacked, I was just uploading mostly short videos. Thanks for your video you are explaining things to solve very important topics.

I believe my channel is a dead end, and I cannot bring myself to continue generating the same content; it's beyond repetitive. Since I've got less than 7k subscribers, I'm thinking of posting a video in which I would ask my viewers what directions they would like to see the channel take. Is this considered bad form? Would you discourage one from doing this?

i think what killed my channel is simply i started making videos about something i wouldnt be able to do for a long period of time 7 months later my channel blew up but 2 months after i quit doing those type of videos cause i didnt like it anymore then i switched to something that many forms of content could be made about and i really couldnt decide so i kept going back and forth with content and my views went down and down now i dont get a single view per video even though ive finally decided on something i can stick with for a long time

I can confidently say that the best advise here is to start a new channel if the content you are gonna be uploading is different from what the is known for. It happened to me on my other channel before I created this channel... I'm now at almost 25k subs. Thanks

@@mimi_is_here_ it depends on the reasons why you are performing poorly. If it's as a result of change of nitch to an entirely different one...then the best option is to create another channel. However, you can still experiment until you find what works for the channel.

You need to also understand that your type of content is good for celebrities who are already known and can easily attract viewers.. But for lesser known individuals, it gonna take time. However, you can add more info/entertainment to your videos so that viewers can have a reason to watch. Thanks

I have only one shorts channel, it’s more than 1 year now. It is not monitized yet. Initially I was not consistent and now I can upload 2 or 3 videos in a week and not more than that. I have experience both trying to rebranding my main channel and starting a new one 3 years ago. I prepared the new channel's content strategy in advance, scheduled 8 videos in the first month, each had a short outro promoting the following upload. That channel brought in more views than my main channel, grew over 5K subscribers and got monetized in 4 months even though I only uploaded 2-3 times a month after initial launch. Additionally, I posted an announcement video on my main channel which helped me carry over the subscribers who were interested in the new topic. This was back when you needed 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours. On the other hand, my decade old main channel has been a struggle to convert (currently commenting with it now). The new videos are doing okay, but still not overtaking old content posted about my previous niche (beauty and makeup) which I have little interest in now. Remembering the fast success of the previous second channel has me considering starting from scratch in 2024. Obviously, I don't need to delete an old channel to start a new one, I can maintain it uploading 2-3 videos a month during this transition. A new channel is a lot of work upfront, but it is obvious KZread has an easier time serving its content to the right audience from the beginning. It's still a hard choice to make.

Im a filmmaker and it takes time to make my videos. I don't know what up with my channel. I barely get any views. Is my channel dead? Should i make a new channel or can my channel get revived? Please help me, im working on a project and ive spent alot in it

I wouldn’t touch the video itself, I’d adjust titles, thumbnail etc.. or better yet I would reshoot the video if possible and still leave the old one up too. You’ve likely learnt a lot since making the original, how could you make it better, more succinct, more engaging. there’s videos we remake every year 👍.

at 0:47 I need more clarification. Are you talking about the intended audience being the same, or the KZread algorithm'ed audience that it is "lensing" impression to your channel? I would hate to not be able to revive a video because YT is delivering my videos to a garbage audince.

We are doing whatever you said but problem is that whatever video is uploaded getting 0 Impressions and 0 short feeds thats ridiculously act by KZread Algorithm ..For that reason i had totally quit KZread and earning money on Instagram

I started my channel, got slow growth, ran ads and that killed it. Now I am going back to my roots. I'll be copying my old videos that got a few hundred views and a couple subscribers (because that was the most I got without ads) and upgrading off of them from there 👍 Please give me tips awesome KZread community 🔥 lol

First i think it is bc that u deleted ur shorts or videos when it does so bad thats why yt does not like show ur shorts to other ppl also if ur friends channel is growing so fast it is bc they are new to making videos so KZread well just show their videos or shorts around the world
