Hey hey! This might be the first time I've said anything to ya. I'm a commercial electrician, that travels for work. 1996 F350, and a 2000, 30' fifth wheel. I feel ya on the the day to day stuff. Makes for some long weeks for sure. Keep it up, I love your content, and yes even your rants. We've all been there. 🥰

Great content and success with the battery change! Love how down to earth you are, Carolyn. Also the fact you don't wear tons of make up and present yourself as an "actor" as some YT creators do. You are doing you; honest, authentic, and badass. Love your empowerment and taking no crap. Haters are jealous and envious of your success. Much love and many blessings. 🙏

Job well done 👍 installing that battery. Some auto parts stores also offer installation services. A helpful hint regarding aging vehicle batteries. When performing oil change/ basic maintenance it is a great idea to have battery tested. Also with older batteries ( 4 years or older) it pays just to install a new one.

My van battery died a couple of weeks ago. My van is a 2014 Promaster and under the floor of the driver's seat. AGM and too heavy for me to even pick up (I am 76 with a torn rotator cuff) . . It turns out the battery was a 2013! So it was the original battery and had lasted 9 or 10 years! Pretty amazing. I was a wimp and had a dealer install it. You are so handy and yes, definitely accomplished! Impressive:) Yeah Carolyn.

Thanks for sharing, I like it when I learn simple repairs that I could do. Recently the starter in my KIA Forte died and called CAA (Canadian like American road side assistance) towed to the dealership. I was so thankful that I had extended warranty when I bought it new in 2015. (Knowing it was the last NEW car I was going to buy and needed it to last 10 to 15 years) All costs were covered by my warranty as well as the shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. A few other update repairs were applied also covered at no cost to me. I felt like I won the lottery LOL I really appreciate your videos showing us how to do some repairs, fairly easy and with explanations. Thanks!

Easy peasy, however, in order to change the battery on my car (which is an engineering nightmare) you have to take off the front driver's side tire. So, when mine went dead this week, I had someone younger and stronger than me do it for me. If it's going to go wrong, it will happen in winter. Good for you doing it yourself!
