Well that may be one of the HIGHEST songs we’ve covered on this channel. It’s another Heathers cover! I’m slowly making my way through the whole show ✌️Hope you enjoyed this weeks cover of Dead Girl Walking, I had a blast recording it.
Thank you SO MUCH to the GLORIOUS Ben for singing JDs part on this song, its certainly not an easy part to sing and you smashed it, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Some of you will be familiar with Ben already, he wrote Rapunzels villain song!
I had such a good time recording this one, Veronica isn’t a part I think I’d be suited to in normal circumstances so covering one of her songs was a lot of fun, 10/10 vibes. I find I mostly record songs for characters I wouldn’t by cast as in the ‘real world’ it’s almost therapeutic to prove to myself that in some capacity I can sing/act them to an extent… maybe not enough to actually play them but enough to feel validated ✌️

I’m glad Lydia did a cover on Dead girl walking, since that’s my favourite song in the whole musical! Her vocals are that great in all ways anyways.

Hi, I've got a great idea for the return of your Disney Princess Villain Song series. This Song is sung by Belle from Beauty & The Beast. And it's a combo song. It's her villainizing reprise of Gaston and her own version of The Mob Song. I don't know what the lyrics are, that's up to you. But I've come up with a great story behind it: Gaston asks Belle to marry him a second time. Not only does she reject him, but her father starts to beat up the people who were trying to take him away. So he and Gaston get in a big fight. But things go too far and Gaston accidentally kills him. Belle was terrified, as she looked down at the dead body that used to her father. Gaston was also horrified at what he did. He tried to apologize and say it was an accident, but Belle snapped in anger and hatred. Warning him to back off before she does something drastic. She scared everyone away, and, feeling the darkness and hatred overtake her, she goes back to the castle. Not to confess her love for the beast, but to rally him and the others. To join her and destroy the village and kill Gaston. But the Beast doesn't like her vengeful idea. And as her song goes on, she slowly turns into a beast herself. So that's my story concept, I'd like to see that made into a song of yours. Also please make it a duet between Her and Beast. I'd love for this to be an Animatic too. Unless you prefer the single image.
