Also, if you're a newcomer there's this new "Assist mode" that can help you have an easier time, think of it as training wheels while you rack up "Boss Cells" (you get a BC after completing the game in a single run), you get further BC's by completing the game on harder and harder difficulties, so there's definitely a difficulty curve there. Be prepared.

it's actually the studio 'evil empire' making this update (and every other update the last ~3 years), just so you know! motion twin originally made the game but they're not the ones making cool stuff for it anymore since they're working on their new game.

just seen this live at the game awards and got so hyped seeing dead cells come up as to as it started.

Ah, yes. The three great monster killers. The son of the night. The slayer of the dark. The master of all pans.

Loved everything in this short, especially the music. They started with "Dracula's Castle" and ended with "Divine Bloodlines". They even included the sound you hear in Castlevania when you lose a life XD

This was the greatest start TGA could’ve had. As a CV fan, hearing the “Dracula’s Castle” motif and then seeing Alucard Richter felt like a fever dream. Super hyped for this! 💜

Wow, just wow. These guys are making some pure gold. They just released two major updates, one of them being a cross over, and they announce another DLC crossover??? With one of the games that inspired it in the first place!!!! This is a true win for not only these developers, but indies across the globe, truly one of the most inspirational indie success stories I’ve ever heard of, congratulations!

yEAHHHHH!!! I gotta give it to them, the determination to put vorpan in every single animated trailer is really one of most awesome gags I've seen (keep it up!) This surely is gonna be one amazingly epic gameplay I'm not sure if this is a separate journey from the main game, but even then, it really is gonna be something I'll be looking for!!! One last thing, I didn't notice it was mentioned, but I hope Valmont gets to make those remastered songs for us too!!! Edit: I almost forgot the most important thing: thank you MT and EE!

As always, the animation and choreography with it to the music playing is superb. the personality and mixture of smooth and artistically choppy animation is incredible and looking forward to seeing the trailer whenever i hear about a new Dead Cells DLC is something i feel i shouldn't enjoy as much as I do

When I finally finished getting every single blueprint, I didn't expect to get an IRL reward for it the same day. God I'm gonna have to make another custom mode themed on "Castlevania-like weapons only" just to hold me over. Whatever limb you had to sacrifice to Konami to make this go through is so _so_ gonna be worth it

Imagine if somehow Hades collabed with Dead Cells. I mean Dead Cells has collabed with just about every notable indie in the past 10 years (recently they announced a Terraria crossover) so its entirely possible that the 2 Kings of the Rogue lite may meet. If Dead Cells can do this, nothing is off the table at this point.
