From what I understand. Vittorio is not technically a new survivor, rather a veteran within the fog. Hence why he doesn’t look remotely scared seeing a killer as he’s become accustomed to dealing with them. I really like seeing a survivor in this light, it’s somewhat refreshing.

@@datkhornedog899 It would break the game considering you wouldn't be able to hold W against him or loop. Probably implement something where being in his terror radius for a certain amount of time (aka hear the metal clanking) causes incapacitation or Hearing debuff so people who plan to go for flashy saves end up being unable to do gens or properly loop him cause of hearing, which can be countered by spinechill or holding W tho so its not overpowered.

It's interesting to come back to this after reading their lore. Vittorio knows The Knight, which is possibly why he didn't seem intimidated by him.

The Oni upon seeing the Knight: “Finally, a worthy opponent! Our battle will be legendary!” On a side note, it’d be cool to see later down the line a skin for the Oni and Knight where they swap looks. Aka, Oni with a knight inspired skin and the Knight with a samurai inspired skin. The Knight specifically would probably end up looking like the Armored Warrior from Sekiro. And assuming the minions shown here are part of the Knight’s power, them getting a skin too as part of said outfit would be neat.

I would actually like that, how about this: The survivors and killers get a different pov while the match loads. the survivors see a little teaser of the killer, either a hatchet and a lullaby for huntress or laughter and electricity for the doctor Killers get a different pov showing their chosen killer entering the map (like you said for example with nemesis making a loud entrance) and seeing the survivors in the distance, similar to the campfire screen, and it fades to black and game starts. Something like that can make matches seem exciting for both ends I even was thinking that maybe there could be special intros for killers in their respective realms (sorry trickster mains) like Myers standing menacingly in his own home’s front door or the knight with his other friends near the gallows.

This is... simply the best chapter I could (or maybe even couldn't) imagine in DbD! Cool killer, cool survivor, cool map, great theme and vibe, literally can't wait, congrats BHVR, like really, this time - congrats! ^^

I just hope the killer is as fun to play as he looks-thats often my concern, they generally look really good but when it comes to playing them it doesn't always turn out great. Anyway I'm looking forward to its release!

The Knight is one of my two favorite killers alongside the Singularity. I also love how part of his long hair is sticking out of his helmet. Just a really cool detail for some reason.

Of all the killers, I think I fear The Knight and The Oni the most The other killers are scary, definitely, but The Knight and The Oni have warrior skill, training and experience, they aren’t just killers, they’re warriors, they know how to fight and to kill

I'm intrigued. Vittorio looks really cool, and the Knight looks fascinating. Now, though......I'm wondering if we'll get a medieval map to go with them. Maybe powering the generators will lift gate doors or something in a castle or fortress perhaps? That would be a really cool map, if so. (^_^) Either way, can't wait to play with them both.

Alls i'm saying, Apollyon skin for The Knight. Trapper was in For Honor it only makes sense.

I can't help but think his NPC summoning abilities would have been spot on for Legion, whos entire point is that there's several of them. :

This is one of the few chapters that actually got me excited.

Love how Vittorio looked the Knight down as if he was about to throw hands with him.

Honestly we’ll done by the dbd team for this killer. He is amazing. Perfect. And these minions he conjures having different variety is too sick. Please god add cosmetics for them aswell

The great sword knight is the og, great sword is oni, dagger one is legion, I don’t know what the other one is though

I’ve began understanding the knights abilities and details…looks like his hair may have become overgrown that it sticks out the helmet like that, my question is…. *HOW CAN THIS GUY SEE?!*

Wow 4v4 this game is now balanced

I was expecting Appolyon to be the new killer, but these ones look pretty awesome! Maybe she'll be a cosmetic for the knight 🤔

Given we had a crossover before and the weapon is the same as Apollyon’s in concept, a skin wouldn’t be impossible. If she had voicelines with said skin, it would be legendary.

the best thing about DBD are the cinematics, props to the guys who make them, sadly cant say the same about the people who have any involvement in actual gameplay.

I can't wait to play on the PTB with this Killer and Survivor. I find it funny that this is the first time that we see a Survivor interact with a Totem in a Trailer. And also, finally. 4v4 has come to Dbd

This could and probably will be the best chapter yet. If the Ai is good then I don’t see a problem with the knight being added to the game Plus the survivor and map are very interesting

Hold please, is Vittorio not only the legendary Vito we're heard of for 6 years in flavor text and such, but also the Observer that went missing?
