Adrenaline activates once the Exit Gates are powered (when 5 gens repaired or the Hatch closed). Sole Survivor gives a stack-able radius of 24m per token, within which you are immune to the killer's aura reading abilities. It also gives 50% speed boost for gate opening. The perks give us hope for escape till the end 😏
