Living with a fear of death is more scary than being on the edge of dying. This is why adrenaline junkies are a thing, we’d rather feel the thrill of feeling alive than to live a life afraid to die.

The adrenaline was at peak, but I managed to be calm and have quick thinking. Told this idiot to never do it in places full of cars cuz it's way dangerous. I know it cuz I ride a bicycle and I know that there are retards of the drivers that don't do the driving basics, like flash the fucking lights to let us know that you're turning somewhere.

As one of those childish asshats that runs 180mph down the interstate, feel free to adjust your hate towards me and not the OP here because he just said what we all know to be true. The truly terrifying thing is when you realize that the fear is gone and the only way to feel alive anymore is to put yourself in these situations where for a moment you have a false sense of total control while playing in this massive game of chaos that could end in death in a fraction of a second. I've been shot, I've been blown up, I've seen friends die & I've tried my damndest to save them, but now that I'm in my early 30s I feel that all the excitement in life is gone, the only way to feel alive is to ride with death for a few minutes a week.

Mind you, there was 1 friend who survived sat in the back. Lets just say seeing everyone in a car die is not exactly a fun experience. Its easy for people to judge and say it dont matter, you just have fun. However, if any of us were in that exact position and shoe on other foot, it's not the same. Not just yourself, but the family you leave behind. Whether that your parents, partner or kids. They are the ones who suffer too. 😶🤧

While trying to get an oversight of the wounds and fractures my collegue said: "Nick check it out-the guy is wearing a WHITE Leatherdress NOT a red one!" it was already fully soaked with blood" we cut the dress open ad found the left arm (which had hitthe corner of the truck at around 160km/h -where his speed counter had stopped) just hanging on a few muslestrings all arteries and shit plan cut and live pumping out of the guy with every heartbeat-we called the Yellow Angels (in Germany thats the Medic Helicopter) stopped the bleeding halfways and the guy hardly made it but lost left arm and leg-WOW! a second of the rush of speed a LIFETIME crippled-the guy was 22....................

It's not speed that kills it is the sudden stop when a bike at 250 300 km/ hr hits a loaded 8 wheeler doing 100 km/ hr in the opposite direction the mess is unbelievable, thrust me I was first on the seen and it took me a good while to figure out that there was a bike involved, initially I thought it was some sort of explosive device. The truck driver lived but lost a leg and eye , nice fella all he was worried about was his pregnant girlfriend as I tried to help him waiting for the emergency services to arrive luckily for him an emergency consultant happened to be passing a few minutes after the crash and I have no doubt saved his life. True about innocents, but more often then not it's the property of innocents that get messed up, so hopefully insurance gets them back to normal. I've had a few MC incidents all at low speeds and it sucked bad enough. I can't imagine any of these guys walking away. Nothing you or anyone else can say that will stop any of this. It's all been said many thousands of times and riders have heard it all, seen it all... just doesn't matter. But there are still so many snowflakes that think their horror story will finally get through to the thousands of speeding riders... DOH!

@Aaron Wolfenbarger I can see that we are looking at this from two different viewpoints. I am not sure how much can be read from the passage from Ecclesiastes. If you accept how selective breeding has changed the pig so much, that can't be just chance. However evolution goes a step further and is assumed not proven.
