Poch should be given atleast more one season to prove himself or rather at the middle of next season to see what he can do because Chelsea already has all the good players in all positions to excel.. De Zerbi is a very good coach but for me I feel he is not flexible (style n pattern of play) enough for premier league (aside form the fact that he lost some of his best players). Sometimes as a manager when your current pattern of play is no longer working u tweak it, but De Zerbi is too stiff with is his possessional football even when it is glare that opposition always find their way around his style of play. One thing I love about Guardiola, (both possessional football managers), he always have a way of tweaking his pattern of play against opposition.
