Thank you for bringing us this very interesting video presentation which is very much appreciated by us. We are absolutely delighted to see these trains, they were re-engined with MTU engines a number of years ago and are a lot quieter and burn the fuel a lot more efficiently than these original engines. They should have a reasonable number of useful years left. The trains themselves are very strong.

Good to see these great old British speed machines having a new lease of life still a very smart looking train after nearly 50 years since they first entered service in 1976

The GWR is in England, and these carriages, judging by the red interior, are carriages from the East Coast Mainline, not GWR

@@hernancortez1209Es por la vía, no está preparada para trenes rápidos, seguramente prepararla costaría mucho más, comparto que es una lastima, pero igual el tren insurgente no puede llegar a su máxima velocidad por la mala calidad de vía.

@@eshk9867Tan solo las curvas tan cerradas en Oaxaca. Definitivamente este tren no superará los 80 en esa zona. Quizás se suban a 110 en la planicie de Tehuantepec o algo así pero no lo veo viajando a 160. Mira, supuestamente a velocidad regular el recorrido sería de 6:15 hrs según el presidente, más o menos lo que el ADO. Ojalá y así sea.

They were either not required, or you'll get some ex-LNER buffet cars soon. Not entirely sure.

These trains are going to be wasted as were the Australian version the XPT, you have a train capable of travelling 100's of miles at 125 MPH and only travelling at 80 mph

El logo siento que está bien, lo que si es que lo sobrecargaron de muchas cosas, el logo del gobierno, el de Sedena, y algo que para mí gusto si está demás es a las dos mujeres más que nada porque no aporta nada y se ven fuera de lugar

No sabes lo que dices De hecho en Reino Unido siguen en uso en algunas líneas, y por cierto los motores que traen no son de aquellos años en que salieron de fábrica las locomotoras, tienen motores relativamente nuevos

Pure Junk, I beg your pardon these HST Inter City 125 trains are more luxuriouse than any thing in Mexico, they may be 50 years old but are still capable of 125MPH with air conditioning and are still running in the UK and the rest would of been if it was not for the UK Government. They are the fastest Diesel train in the world

@@robertmcbride1859 Yes I know that, they were built under contract in Austrailia from British Rail Engineering and are known in Austraili as Inter City XPT trains and only do arround 90 mph top speed due to the state of the track
