Welke wijk is het geworden en wie was jullie contant persoon in Valencia? Wat zijn een beetje de huurprijzen voor vergelijkbare huizen?

Hoi Jolanda! Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van Yes Valencia. Yesvalencia.com zij hebben echt alles voor ons geregeld bijna echt een aanrader. Ook omdat de huizenmarkt vrij krap is hier. Dit soort huizen heb je van 1600 tot 2700 het verschilt heel erg aan waar je zit qua buurt en vierkante meters etc. Wij zitten in La Canyada

You need to change the titles of your vlogs as you moved to Paterna which is in Valencia province but not Valencia city 🥱🫢🫣 Valencia is associated with Barios El Carmen or Ruzzafa or Gran Via or Ciutat Vella. Gandia and Torrent and Sagunto are also in Valencia province.

And I explain that in almost all my vlogs. Paterna is just outside valencia city and can be reached with subway so super close. If you don’t like it then just don’t watch ;).

@@EvainValencia no no I like your vlogs and watching them. I am also planning to move to Valencia and also looking for a house to do some bed+breakfast so might also end up in Paterna. In August bought a penthouse next to Mercado Central but it’s rented out to expats. Would be interesting if you can make vlogs about Paterna as a community. How are the shopping’s and restaurants etc… That would be super

@@platalibertad9177 paterna itself is not that great. We live in La Canada and that is a nice part but for shopping, going out or any other activity we never go into paterna. La Canada is pretty small so does not have a lot of facilities either so we either go to valencia or l’eliana

@@platalibertad9177 hahaha in the Netherlands house prices were crazy in that time. We fixed up our house by painting the walls and fixing holes stuff like that indeed to make it look extra smooth. Houses that were completely finished and looked attractive enough to people would end up in a bidding war. Happend to our house as well :) so good thing we spend some time ‘styling’ the house because the new owner did say that the vibe of the house was what got them to place a bid this high
