How justice Casto handled herself and how she politely answered questions that sounded bias to her shown that she is a high minded Justice that always upholds the, the bias queries pose to her she answered by her with calm boldness and based on a rational opinion. She is a great Justice and maybe a great chief justice in future. I admire you justice Castro, if jbc will vote for her as the future CJ, the Supreme will be in great hands. Whether it is personal or not, sereno didn't submit saln for the last ten years which is required for application as CJ

What is wrong with Cong. Rocamora's questions? He was not disrespectful. He was simply establishing bias on the part of the witness. It is a form of cross-examination. All this Congress wanted to hear are statements supporting their prejudgment of CJ Sereno. This Congress does not do their job of being objective and fair, a waste of taxpayers' money.
Nako anong pinag tatanong ni rocamora walang kwnta mahilig sa drama yang congresman na yan.

inggit? She already proved herself way before sereno, De Castro was the one who convicted Estrada for plunder. Sereno was just appointed By Aquino AFTER Aquino ousted Corona for Agreeing to distribute the lands in hacienda Luisita.
But she became emotional when a lawmaker question her integrity. Hypocrite!
