I'd like to see how your pads are setup/modded

This seems so hard to set up. I want to play so bad on my new gaming Pc because I have the old PS1 and 2 ddr games and they CANNOT sync timing properly on new tvs only on very old ones

the complicated part is definitely setting up the I/O, having a direct USB connection will always be easier. and yeah, new TVs are tough to deal with because of all the baked in software, a dedicated monitor is a must for best performance

I haven't had to do that, I only make sure to disable any power saving options. The I/O board refreshes at 1000Hz natively
