i have yearly membership but it costs about 1400 DC to unlock 20 Time Capsules. Is there any membership that allows you to open unlimited? or any other way?

What makes your character glow orange like that? Is that a style or armor palette or?

+Toyia Skinner Max CR in the game at the moment is 190 vendor gear wise and OP pieces. Non vendor gear max is 188. Vendor CR Max is 189.

Btw, one last thing. it's not pay 2 win, you just pay for episodes or legendary. Free membership and premium members can both get stabilizers for free which unlocks time capsules, gear drops at all tiers for free if you have the episodes or legendary

DraxGaming: Your best bet is sorcery for dps. It's op as long as you have your cr up and good gear. Here's some advice, take it or leave it. Sorcery is the best healer and dps in DCUO. This power has been op ever since it came out on ps3. Anyways use what you are comfortable with, it's not what is more powerful, it's what you can handle and what feels better in gameplay.

James Cook Sorcery isn't the strongest dps as of now, with alk the recent updates..there are several powers that are over it. Ice for instance, has been a top tier dps power (wayyy above sorcery) earth and quantum aswell as atomics. The right mods, consumables, stats, etc. could make the most scrubworthy power op.

DraxGaming: As I have said use what you are comfortable with. I gave you my advice and now you have a option to except or not to except. Mod a sorcery the right and you won't regret it. Sorcery is an old power ability, but it's still op 2017 and that's why you see alot of people using it. Also most people will also use Sorcery for healing cause it technically is still the best healing ability 2017. Sorcery now is very common cause everyone likes it and uses it.. So you should try it and see what you think. You sound more of the deal damage type so give a try.

188 isn't the highest, my man, it's 189. Now, if you buy both rings, the necklace, the mask, the trinket, the hands, and the feet from the vendor, that is the cheapest/fastest way to get to 189.
