VirusNebula - You should have a final mission asking you to go to the Watchtower or Hall of Doom for a final mission. Once you complete that mission... you will have to go see your Mentor. You should be level 30 after that. 😉 Don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions. 😊

No. It should not matter. Are you level 30? Once level 30 you need to upgrade you gear still to increase your CR.

Leveling up normal you do not use the Lexcorp starter pack. or the XP Boosters. ;)
