I got it on my other character about 2 years ago, but I never knew how I got it, this video really helped, however I got it from the pied piper mission so there must be more than one way to get the style.

if your a hero you can get it from the Spectres Lair for 1 one player I got it on my first try I don't know how many times you have to run it to get it :P

Well, 1 dude said you need to be a certain lvl or something like that, but major problem is central city. It is a dlc someone said, so guess I got no chance of getting it anyway DX really looks cool and easy to get though

Legendary what i did it by doing the flashback duo thats how you get it

Nice Vid... but if u guys want that hood you can also get it with another way... its spectre's loot.... you go there.... kill spectre a few times and boom u get it... thats how i got it...

***** yh it does the shadow effect, maainly the same hood but without the " tail " on the back, not if u do it once a day, but if u wanna do it more than 1 time per day u need replay badgets

***** to do it more than once a day u dont need badges u beat it if u dont get it hang out take a brake for like 10 or so minutes and it should auto reset

Nope. I got it on gorilla grodd lab mission on lvl 30. Funny part was that I wasn't looking for it xD lol it was random I guess. So im not a 100% sure? But that's how I got it .

I got spectre head too. But that is a another style. Pied piper head and spectre head are very similiar

So you have to have the dlc that's crap just like the 2000 currency limit on premium they need to fix the currency issue.

yeah sadly, idk why they have it like this, with the 2k limit on premium u can still get the elemental pvp gear with 2k. but 2k isnt enough they could have the limit on 100k maybe? its a pay to win game atm

DCUO Thronah but that's strange you know,because in another character that i made long ago,i win the pied piper head style without completing this briefings,don't ask me how,because i don't know,i think it was in a mission,maybe the spectre mission,but if it was there then it's very rare obtaining in that mission,because i did not win again that style with other characters

Andre Costa the hood u mean is the spectre hood:) it drops from the spectre boss:) its similar to the pied piper one but without the thingy on the back of it:)

Kathryn Burne first off all you need to be cr 53 and have the lightning strikes dlc. you should be able to locate it if you are looking on your map when you are in the hall of doom :)
