yeah i didnt get the horns either. just the items from the four unlocks only got trigon helm, belt gaunlets and necklace.

You have to do all 3 briefings in the vid the first gets you a belt second one gets you a back and third one gets you the horns but i suggest doing all of them

SajaniukaS you sure you completed all of them? if you did you should get the horns once all of them are investigated. Go back and double check I know I messed up on one of them make sure you go back and get it.

Make sure to go through all your mail in the game and see if you didn't miss it. Sometimes the mail glitches and doesn't notify you when you have some new gear or something. Hope you get the horns and if not I'll be glad to get on and we can go through all the investigations to make sure you didn't miss anything.
