I remember the movie, and this was perfectly done. Best DCS vid out there to those who remember. What did I do with that walkman?...

I used to be in a squad called Iron Eagle, it was probably the best months i have spent playing this game. I wish it was like that again

i still dont think the F-35 will ever be as good as our beautiful falcon, its awesome that Iron eagle inspired you want to fly, I watched the movie recently and its a real gem, its obviously overshadowed by top gun but that doesn't take away from the majesty of the film

Again, the sound of the PW F-100, this sound is emitted by the servo precisely at the opening of the nozzle, the GE F-110 does not have such a sound. =) But the video is cool!

Ahh new DCS F16 that has newest YHTSPITHTSID system. Great realistic stuff. Really almost invincible plane. YHTSPITHTSID - "You Have To Shoot Pilot In The Head To Shot It Down"

My concerns here: 1.) Not one Hades bomb in the whole movie? 2.) Seems more like the A-10 would have been the tool convoy mission. 3.) Is the Viper immune to debris when it fly's through the frag? This was far better than any movie I've ever produced. 😆

I loved aviation before Iron Eagle but, this was the movie that lead to my obsession with combat flight simulators. I blame this movie for the credit card bills for all my sim building components. And the sim in IE wasn't even motion!

To be honest, I much more enjoy the scene videos than I did watching Top Gun... Top Gun 2? Pffft, they are just going to waste our time and money. If anything, we need even better graphics in DCS and then all movies can go to hell.

I love it so much! Probably one of my favorite DCS movies I have seen this year! I do have one question, though. I love the Mile High Militia livery, but I'm not sure where to install it. In what folder you put them in? Do you have to modify anything within the package?

Many Thanks Joseph In /saved games/dcsopenbeta/your mod folder/Liveries/ here build a folder and name it F-16C / and in this F-16C folder put in your skins. Hope it help you.

Do you make these videos by all yourself? Because if you do ,then one thing I must say that your work is quite impressive chap! The background score you added makes it even more good,all the sounds of explosions, jet passing, missiles sound etc are perfectly timed.

Hello Dev yes the videos I make myself. It is flown by me and my wing men. The sounds are all original from DCS except for the roaring engine at the beginning. :) Many thanks for your words

And as a subscriber I want you to do a battle series of how WWIII would look (especially air to air combat, and then followed by Amy and navy)

DCS F16: I'M U.F.O!

Wegen Iron Eagle wollte ich Militärpilot werden. Schade, dass es dann wegen der Augen nicht geklappt hat. Aber die F-16 ist für mich die Mutter aller Kampfjets (gefolgt von der Tomcat); schön, dass DCS sie ins Programm aufgenommen hat. Hab leider viel zu wenig Zeit zum Fliegen!

I'm just disappointed that there's no "Gimme some lovin'". That, and the instrumental of "Sleep now in the fire" are my favorites for getting low and fast in flight sims.
