One thing I need to know that can I use 50watt constant current led driver as an smps....?? Actually on 50watt led driver, it is mentioned that current is 1500ma max. and voltage is 28 to 42v dc...and I want 24v from this driver...

You cannot use LED driver as SMPS. LED driver has current limiting in its output, you cannot use it for 24 volts, it will be better if you install a separate SMPS for 24 volts
