Finally a westerner that understands the Malaysian fork and spoon table etiquette! Pushing rice on top the back end of your fork with a knife is not fun 😄. Everything but the chicken looks totally authentic - I get that he's inspired rather than being traditional. Bravo chef!
Yeah, some tourist in Malaysia not because them wanting to visit Malaysia but because of layover and then fall in love for it cuisines and the hospitality that Malaysia has to offer.
