the gofrieza counter will still go off even tho diddy had cover nul because they added removal of buffs when somone uses rush against gofrieza meaning when they get rushed they remove cover nul on that character.Pre buff it wouldnt of counted but since its post it would have

Half true, even after the buff for some reason if the opponent has cover null and rushes from close range the counter will not activate.
