Not really. A dilophosaurus could win against one, having a larger mass, and decent weapons. 2 utahs would be too much though.

even tho dilo is a pretty decent carnivore it would get defeated by one utahraptor simply put,utah not only possibly had the stronger bite force but it was heavier then dilophosaurus and had weapons that would be able to kill dilo quite easily but im not gonna underestimate dilo both were about the same size but utah was slightly shorter of around 1.5 to 2 meters while dilo was 2 meters tall but utah was heavier

im not really sure if dilo would win since both were about the same size and weight with utahraptor being 6 to 7 meters long,2 meters tall and weight about 500 kgs while a dilophosaurus would be 6 to 7 meters long,2 meters tall and weight about 400 kgs the bones of utahraptor were more hallow and fragile compared that of a dilophosaurus however utahraptor wins in damage the cycle like claw was used to a similar fashion to how modern day hawks will use it by killing their prey with a quick aimed claw to the neck,the bite of utah was also stronger then that of a dilo making it more dangerous in term of damage, the thing is dilophosaurus is more of a scavanger that hunts small while utah is designed to take on small to medium prey and big prey if they are in packs ,but few evidences sugest utah even hunted in packs so dilo wins in defence but utah wins in offence

The dilophosaurus is like super strong for these raptors to kill him.
